The temple of Adinath is located on the hilltop of Chobhar. It is believed this shrine of Lokeshwor or Rato Machhindranath was built during the Lichhavi period. It is one of the four temples dedicated to Rato Machhindranath. The other temples are located in Nala of Kavre, Bungmati of Lalitpur and Janabahal of Kathmandu. It is believed that offering prayers at Adinath temple brings blessed conjugal relationship, cures health problems, fulfills ones wishes and brings peace to the departed souls.
