Around 2 km uphill drive from Sankhu and nearly 20 minutes of stairway climb leads to the Bajrayogini Temple. Both the Hindus and the Buddhists worship this temple. Inside this three-storied temple is an idol of goddess Bajrayogini. Faithful believe that offering prayers at this temple could fulfill one's wishes. There are two temples in this area. The one in the lower part of the courtyard is off-limit for worshippers. So the worshippers are allowed to offer their prayers only at the temple on the upper tier of the courtyard.
