Situated at chhaling-1, Mulakot Ghadhi, Trishul Danda is one of the attractions of Bhaktapur. It is 3 km away from changunarayan temple and 4 km from Telkot, which is on the way to Nagarkot from Bhaktapur. From the hilltop, one can observe a beautiful view of the Kathmandu valley. The name Trishul Danda comes from the trident outside the Mahakali temple here. The area is also known for the statue of five-faced Hanuman (the monkey god) and Santoshimita. Trishul Danda is home to famous yogi Kali Baba.
